Moving to Midland for work -advice?

OK so I've been here for 7 years and It's a a smaller city city with about 42,461 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's exactly what I was looking for. Internet is excellent in most areas.
