Is Midland walkable?

Anyone else feel this way? The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider — Midland sits at 319.6 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thoughts? TIA!

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it exceeded my expectations. No regrets on my end..
