Best hidden gems in Midland

OK so I'm a 36-year-old pharmacist and Crime rate is something to consider -Midland sits at 1,107.7 per 100K. Homes are going for about $381,400 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if weather matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
