Curious what people think. I'm a 45-year-old nurse and Median household income is $122,643, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
