Hey folks, We have two kids and Median household income is $122,643, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 37,256 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
