How much do you pay for rent in Midlothian?

Hey folks, We have two kids and Median household income is $122,643, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 37,256 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cultural scene. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.
