Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $135,700 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this? The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
