Should I move to Midvale or stay in Charlotte?

Just moved here 2 months ago and The median home value here is around $408,400, which is pretty steep. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What do you all think? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is pet-friendliness. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Worth doing your research before committing.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Good luck with whatever you decide..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is excellent in most areas.
