Hi all, Been living here since 2012. Poverty rate is 5.1%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots? The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
