Random thought, It's a a small town city with about 3,514 people. Average temperature is around 75--F, so it's warm year-round. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to.
