Hey, Been living here since 2018. Homes are going for about $158,400 on average. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
