Unpopular opinion about Milan

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $71,300 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Would love some local perspective. Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. it's been a really good experience overall. Worth doing your research before committing.
