How much do you pay for rent in Miles City?

Curious what people think. Military spouse here. It's a a small town city with about 8,412 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Weather-wise, the summers are average and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.

As someone who grew up here, I'm still on the fence after all this time. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much developing but now it's decent.
