Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and Median household income is $110,126, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $377,400 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? Thanks! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
