Planning a move to Milford -neighborhoods?
Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,182/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 14.6%, which is around average. Crime rate is something to consider -Milford sits at 724.6 per 100K. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Is this normal for Milford? Appreciate any input. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
