Hello, Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $429,800 on average. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Am I wrong here? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
