Random thought, I work in marketing and Household incomes average around $102,521 in Milford. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $348,600 on average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks for reading.
