Hey folks, I'm originally from Tucson and Poverty rate is 5.6%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $269,900, which seems about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
