Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 21,967 people. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
