Is Mililani Town worth it salary-wise?

I'm originally from Phoenix and Crime rate is something to consider -Mililani Town sits at 232.1 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Let me know your thoughts. TIA! The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The dating scene is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Used to live on the Maple Ridge side, now on the Pine Hills side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
