Remote worker thinking about Mililani Town

Hi all, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $884,800 on average. Household incomes average around $124,123 in Mililani Town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 4 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is pet-friendliness. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the public transit is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Lakewood side vs the Westside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
