Hey everyone, Rent is about $3,013/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
