Anyone else love living in Millbrae?

OK so We're a young couple and Rent is about $3,401/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 13 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Public transit is solid here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.
