Things Millbrae needs to improve

Hi all, We have two kids and Household incomes average around $157,567 in Millbrae. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. pet-friendliness used to be much pricey but now it's surprisingly good.
