Hello, Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 16,923, Millbrook is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Is this normal for Millbrook? TIA!

I work in education here and the quality of life is solid. The job market for my field is hit or miss. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is better than expected in most areas.

I've lived in Riverside for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Portland, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Good internet infrastructure
- Four distinct seasons
- The housing market scene is challenging
The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Limited high-paying job options
Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for families. Happy to answer more specific questions..

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Springfield area are decent. Kids love it here.

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. safety used to be much pricey but now it's better than expected.
