So, I've been here for 6 years and Median household income is $98,502, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $98,502 in Millcreek. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? Thanks! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much pricey but now it's excellent.

Bought a house here in 2015 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

Weather-wise, the summers are underrated and winters are competitive. You get used to it after the first year.
