Hey, My family moved here when I was a kid. Poverty rate is 32.7%, which is higher than I expected. Rent is about $850/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 16,873 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Am I wrong here? The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
