Curious what people think. I'm retired and Rent is about $1,744/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $116,324 in Millis-Clicquot. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
