First post here. Born and raised here. Crime rate is something to consider -Millport sits at 121.2 per 100K. The median home value here is around $101,700, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $101,700 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
