Rent vs buy in Mills River -what makes sense?

Household incomes average around $88,359 in Mills River. Has anyone dealt with this? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to Minneapolis it's decent.
