Job market in Millville for tech?

Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

As someone who grew up here, I love the pace of life here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. public transit used to be much affordable but now it's tough.
