Random thought, Homes are going for about $199,300 on average. Household incomes average around $67,190 in Millville. Median household income is $67,190, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 4.9%, which is about average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks in advance! Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I love the pace of life here. Happy to answer more specific questions..

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.
If you value public transit, you'll love it. The job market is genuinely solid and I've found it's exactly what I was looking for. My neighborhood (Greenfield) is established and I feel safe walking around at night.
But if you're coming from Denver, be prepared for the culture shock. traffic is completely different here. And Limited public transit options.
My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
