Hey, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $199,300 on average. Median household income is $67,190, which feels about average for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to.
