Planning a move to Millville -neighborhoods?

Hey folks, My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Millville sits at 531.4 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Thoughts?

We moved here with our family and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Schools in Highland area are excellent. Kids love it here.
