So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $1,180,000 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 78,216 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Should I be concerned? Any help is appreciated. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
