Hey everyone, I'm originally from Minneapolis and With a population of 1,393, Milroy is a small town. Homes are going for about $110,100 on average. You can expect to pay around $686 for rent here. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
