Is it worth buying in Milton?

Hey, I'm originally from Kansas City and Rent is about $1,542/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Should I be concerned? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is solid in most areas.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
