Been living here since 2014. With a population of 7,096, Milton-Freewater is a small town. Median household income is $47,440, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's a a small town city with about 7,096 people. The median home value here is around $209,800, which is actually reasonable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this?
