Poverty rate is 15.8%, which is higher than I expected. Household incomes average around $47,440 in Milton-Freewater. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
