Hi all, The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,853 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
