First post here. The median home value here is around $210,500, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $210,500 on average. Rent is about $940/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 5,685 people. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development.
