Cheapest neighborhoods in Milwaukie?

So, I'm a 46-year-old nurse and Homes are going for about $477,200 on average. Rent is about $1,499/month for a decent place. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.

I've been here 8 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is outdoor recreation. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into kayaking, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
