I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $52,755 in Minerva. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Does this match your experience? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
