Minerva Park is underrated, change my mind

Anyone else feel this way? We're a young couple and Rent is about $2,047/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The community vibe is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
