Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Albuquerque and It's a a small town city with about 1,495 people. With a population of 1,495, Mineville is a small town. Average temperature is around 41--F, so bundle up in winter. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
