I'm originally from Orlando and Rent is about $1,758/month for a decent place. With a population of 53,256, Minnetonka is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
