OK so Just moved here 10 months ago and With a population of 53,256, Minnetonka is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,758 for rent here. Rent is about $1,758/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Any advice would be great. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up.
