Best neighborhoods to rent in Minot?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Sacramento and Household incomes average around $77,431 in Minot. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Portland it's hit or miss.
