Minot job market vs Minneapolis

Hey everyone, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $254,400 on average. With a population of 47,922, Minot is a smaller city. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The cost of living is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
