Curious what people think. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 136K, Miramar is a mid-size city. The median home value here is around $420,300, which is pretty steep. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
