Job market in Miramar — what industries are hiring?
I'm in tech and considering a move to Miramar, FL. How's the job market there? The unemployment rate shows 3.3% which seems pretty good. But what does it actually look like on the ground?
Is it easy to network and find opportunities?

Check out the Southside area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.

Public transit needs work but they're investing in it. Should improve in next few years.

Rent tip: look for places in January-February. Prices drop and there's more availability.

Respectfully disagree about the safety concerns. In my experience, it really depends on your lifestyle.

Can confirm the safety issue. But it really depends on the neighborhood. Lakewood and Old Town are perfectly safe.

If you can afford it, Eastside is the best place to live. Period.
